What's the plot?

When they are forcefully parted, the film follows the extraordinary journey of the horse as he moves through the war, changing and inspiring the lives of all those he meets - British cavalry, German soldiers, and a French farmer and his granddaughter - before the story reaches its emotional climax in the heart of No Man’s Land.

The First World War is experienced through the journey of this horse - an odyssey of joy and sorrow, passionate friendship and high adventure.'War Horse' is one of the great stories of friendship and war.

A superb film I would never tire of watching

My mum took me to see war horse, and it was absolutely brilliant! I am a Michael Morpurgo fan, and I have read nearly all of his books, but War Horse is definitly the best one! I suggest you read the book first, before you go, because if you went without reading the book, I don't think you would understand it as well. But a BRILLIANT film, and I can't wait until it's out on DVD so I can see it again! I also think the horse is really well trained, and it must of taken alot of work to train it! I want to go and see it again, and I've been telling all my friends about it! Go and see it!

The story is touching that I cried for for the friendship between Joey and the black gorgeous horse (sorry I forgot the name), also the plot is complete and background is amazing especially for the scene when they go home! This is one of my favourite movie in my life already.
